WoofTok is a very easy to use tool when you want to share photos, videos with your friends. It´s open for all but you decide what you want to share and how private you want to be. It´s like facebook, Instagram or tiktok all in the same tool. So let´s get started.

First you need to become a member of the community which is the same as register your account.

When you register your account most settings can then be changed after you have become a member

When you register your account you will have a code sent to your e-mail to activate the account

When you register your account you will have a verification code sent to your e-mail to activate the account. Copy the verification code and at it to the registration form or just click the link.

If everything goes wright you will have an notification on the screen that the account is created. Now you login and you are ready to share stuff with your friends.

Login to WoofTok by using your credentials you already got. To login the first time we suggest you go to the starting page. Just click the WoofTok logo where ever you see it and you come to the start page. Then you just click on the login button in the middle of the screen.

It´s common om many sites you are not sure if you are logged in or out so make sure when you log out that  you really have hit a logout button. The reason for this is really for convenience for the user that the browser you use remember you and store it in its cashes

There are three different main entrances you can visit. If you click the chatbox icon in the navigation meny you will see "activitites", "groups" and "members". When you enter any of these pages they are intuitive to use so we will not explain that further. If you don´t think so, please notify us so we can build a better user experience for you.

However it is worthwhile to explain how to get you going and what most user will do.

Set up your profile

First we recommend that you set up your profile. Go to activities  which is your main social stream. There you look for your profile where you can set your avatar photos and background cover and some personal data you want to share with others.

This will probably be your main entrance. If you are on a desktop you will see 3 columns. In the right column you will see you personal stuff and tool for that. The middle column will be your social stream where you share stuff with the community. Your friends social stream (if they have set it up like that) will be shared here and other members. In the right column you will see community presentations such as members, groups and what is common for all members. 

Just try to start to share a photo in the social stream.

When you select groups in the navigation menu you will come to the group directory. All groups are presented here and you can also search for a group. You can also create a group that you think would be interesting for others to join. For instance if you have a special dog breed you can set up your own group for that or what ever you like. Try to make the group name appropriate for what the group is about
