The following terms of use apply to anyone who has access to or communicates on our pages in social media pages or on our blog. Our social media including WooTok is defined as the following channels:

By using or accessing any of our social media, you agree to abide by the Terms of Use and other engagement rules defined by the individual social media (eg Facebook's statement of rights and responsibilities, Twitter Terms of Use, etc.).
By interacting on an active social media website, you agree to be solely responsible for the content of any information you contribute, link to or otherwise upload.
You agree that everything you send should be truthful, accurate, not misleading and offered in good faith and that you have the right to send such content.
You agree not to post any of the following:
- False, misleading or fraudulent comments.
- Materials that contain confidential material or violate third party privacy protections.
- Any photos or comments that contain or show profanity, pornography, threats, hate speech, incitement to violence, personal attacks, illegal statements or unsafe practices. Content that seeks to impersonate, including, but not limited to, customers, clients, employees, members, suppliers, partners or other members of society.
- Unauthorized commercial communication (spam).
- Viruses or other malicious codes.
By posting on our social media sites, you agree to be respectful of other members of the group as well as of the community management team.
We reserve the right to moderate content published on their social media.
All posts that do not comply with the terms of use will either be deleted or not posted, which is determined only by chance.
We reserve the right to remove or report any posts that may be considered inappropriate or offensive.
Repeated violations of the Terms of Use may result in a user being banned or blocked from our social media and reported to appropriate social media.
Any threats to persons or property will be reported to the police.
Be wise to protect yourself, your privacy and the privacy of others. What you publish is widely available and can last a long time, so carefully consider what you are sending.
Do not send personal or sensitive information about yourself or others, including bank account information, information that could be used to find yourself or someone else, or information that might otherwise be considered an invasion of the privacy of others.
We accept no responsibility for errors or omissions in any material on our social media.
For content that you publish on our social media, you guarantee that it is your own original work or if it is covered by intellectual property rights owned by third parties, and you guarantee that you have obtained all rights to the content from third parties and expressly grant a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free and fully paid transferable right and license to exercise all copyrights, publicity, moral rights and other IP rights in relation to such content as you provide.
We welcome feedback on our services. If you contact us about a complaint on our social media, you will be answered by a member of online customer service who will strive to respond and resolve your complaint in good time in accordance with our customer service policy.
We have zero tolerance for users who use abusive or threatening language and will take steps to protect their online customer service team, including removing offensive posts and reporting the user to appropriate social media platforms and, if necessary, the police.
